So for the last 3 months or so I have changed my diet to mainly healthy things (veggies, nuts, white meats, no greece ect...)

Well i just had the brilent idea to stop at a hot dog truck and grab some lunch.....

Now im sick to my stomach x.x

just thought i would share

How is only eating white meat healthy? I call bull on that one. It's only weedy pale vegetarians who can't handle a nice thick bleeding steak.

Seriously though, iron is good for you. Just as important as veggies.

White meat is healthy in the way that it does not take days to digest. A blood steak will sit in your stomach for days, where some chicken will be digested a few hours after you eat. Also the way people commonly prepare red meat over here is not nearly as healthy as the way people commonly prepare white meat.

I still have the occasional burger or steak because its all nomz nomz nomz, but it makes me feel weighted down. Its deffently not something I would eat on my lunch break anymore.

I just ate 2 fat rib-eye steaks. Delicious and juicy. I did was them down with a few oysters. Do they count as white meat and cancel out the badness.

my first goal is to loose weight, but i am loosing fat as well as muscle right now. so after i get to my desired weight, i will be trying to gain muscle back.

ok.. just wondering I am a passionate gym guy.. 5 days a week. 6 oot 192 bench 275..

love the gym.. but yeah i would say monitor what youy eat and start cardio.. depends how to much you are out of shape though.

cardio 95percent with 5 percent of gym time for weight lifting.. will help

i actually just reached my desired weight this morning. i think i may go for another 10 lbs...not sure yet
